Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

1. Overview

ANDORA has no accounts and no sign-up. You use the app by connecting a self-custody wallet, and every transaction is signed in that wallet. We do not ask for your name, ID documents or password.

This policy explains the limited data involved in running the website and app, who else sees it, and what you can do about it.

2. Data We Process

  • Wallet address and onchain activity. When you connect a wallet, the app reads public Robinhood Chain data for that address (balances, positions, transactions) to show your portfolio.
  • Technical data. Like any website, our hosting and network providers receive your IP address, browser type and request logs when you load pages.
  • Email address (optional). Only if you sign up for product updates.
  • Messages you send us. For example support or legal requests by email or on X.

3. What We Do Not Collect

  • Private keys or seed phrases. These never leave your wallet.
  • Passwords, names, phone numbers or identity documents.
  • Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. How We Use Data

  • To show your positions, health factor, balances and transaction history.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
  • To send product updates, only if you asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To answer your questions and requests.

We do not sell your data.

5. Third-Party Services

Running ANDORA involves these providers:

  • Wallet providers and WalletConnect (Reown): connect your wallet to the app. Their privacy policies apply. Reown analytics are turned off in our app.
  • Blockchain node (RPC) providers for Robinhood Chain: receive the addresses the app looks up, sent from our servers.
  • Vercel: hosts the website and may keep standard request logs, which include your wallet address when the app loads your balances.
  • TradingView: the price charts on market pages load from TradingView, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Its privacy policy applies.
  • Blockscout: the block explorer opened when you click a transaction link.

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

We do not use tracking cookies. The app stores a few small values on your device:

  • localStorage: display preferences such as theme.
  • sessionStorage: whether the intro animation already played in this tab.
  • A cookie and browser storage entries set by the wallet connection libraries (wagmi and WalletConnect), so the app remembers your connected wallet between visits.

The TradingView charts on market pages may set their own cookies (see section 5). You can clear all of these at any time in your browser settings.

7. Blockchain Data Is Public

Transactions on Robinhood Chain, including your wallet address, amounts and positions, are public and permanent. Anyone can see them in a block explorer. We cannot change or delete onchain data.

If privacy matters to you, consider using a wallet address that is not linked to your identity.

8. Data Retention

  • Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
  • Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to handle your request, or longer where the law requires.
  • Hosting and network logs are kept by those providers under their own policies.

9. Security

The website uses HTTPS. We never receive your private keys. No system is perfectly secure: protect your wallet and devices, and double-check every transaction before you sign it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact @ANDORArwa on X.

These rights apply to data we control, such as your email. They cannot be applied to public blockchain records.

11. Children

ANDORA is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use of ANDORA after an update means you accept the revised policy.

13. Contact

Questions or data requests: contact us at @ANDORArwa on X.
